About the Recipient

Madison Pueschel is a Sturgis High School alum attending Defiance College where she is pursuing a degree in Education and currently finishing her final semester.

“I will be graduating with a double major in Early Childhood Education and Intervention. Currently, I am student teaching in a first-grade classroom. This scholarship will help me with my traveling expenses as well as living expenses. After graduation, I plan on moving back home to Sturgis in hopes to find a job in the area.”
