The Sturgis Area Community Foundation is proud to welcome Jennifer Gautsche as the Foundation’s new Office Manager.

In her role, Jennifer oversees office operations and supports the day-to-day functions of the Foundation, ensuring efficiency, organization, and strong internal communication. She serves as a key administrative resource for staff, board members, volunteers, donors, and community partners, helping the Foundation continue its mission with care and professionalism.

“Jennifer brings a depth of experience, professionalism, and thoughtfulness that strengthens every part of our organization,” said Lindsay Aguilar, Executive Director of the Sturgis Area Community Foundation. “Her background in trust management and her strong attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to our team and the communities we serve.”

Prior to joining the Foundation, Jennifer most recently served as Administrative Assistant of the Trust Department at Sturgis Bank & Trust, where she worked closely with clients to manage trust operations and build long-term relationships grounded in integrity and service.

Jennifer grew up in Bronson, Michigan, and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Michigan University. She and her husband, Clint, live near their family farm outside of Coldwater, Michigan, where they enjoy spending time with their two children, Ben and Alli.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys staying active, attending local sporting events, traveling, especially to Utah and Wyoming, and spending time catching up with close friends over coffee. She is also actively involved in community leadership, serving as a school board member and secretary of the Union City Community School Board of Education, where she supports students, families, and the continued success of local schools.
